Pragya Panda
Product Manager

Sometimes the most unexpected detours lead us exactly where we need to be.
I began my professional journey as a QA analyst. It was a solid foundation that helped me sharpen my eye for detail, understand how systems work, and appreciate the importance of delivering reliable products. Over time, I realized that what energized me most was not just working with the technical details but also connecting the dots between business needs, technology, and execution. That’s when I discovered product management which is a role that blends strategy, technology, and collaboration, and felt like the right path forward.
In 2022, after completing my MBA, I stepped into my first product management role. It truly felt like a “second innings” , a fresh start in a new country, in a completely new career path. The beginning wasn’t without challenges: navigating a new environment, learning on the go, and proving myself in an entirely different space. But each challenge brought growth, and I embraced every lesson wholeheartedly.
Soon after, life gave me another big role, becoming a mother. My career didn’t stop, but it did take a step back as I balanced work and motherhood. There were days when focus was harder to maintain, but perseverance has always been my anchor. It kept me moving forward with even greater purpose.
Before joining Miyagami, I gained hands-on experience in the financial domain and platform engineering. While those roles gave me strong technical and domain expertise, I felt a growing desire to be closer to clients and to understand their world firsthand and co-create solutions that truly make an impact. That drive is what led me here.
At Miyagami, I lead product management efforts, focusing on building MSPs that don’t just deliver features, but create measurable impact and real-world value. For me, every project is not just about delivering features; it’s about solving real problems, shaping ideas into meaningful outcomes, and continuously learning along the way.
Looking back, my journey has been one of persistence, reinvention, and constant growth. Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep building products that matter for clients, for teams, and for the future.
